Keto, gluten-free, delicious. Can those three words fit together in a sentence? They certainly can. It's even easier when you're using Pirro's as an ingredient!
- 3 Zucchinis
- 1 lb. Italian Sausage
- 3 Cups of Mozzarella
- 1 Jar of Pirro's Marinara
Cut each zucchini in half, lengthwise. Scoop the pulp out with a teaspoon, leaving a small amount to retain structure. Fill each with 2.5 Oz. sausage. Place the stuffed zucchinis in baking pan. Top with Pirro's Marinara. Layer mozzarella on top. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Serve with Parmesan. Godere!
