Based on how it tastes and looks, everyone will assume this dish took all night to make, but between you, me, and well...everyone else who is reading this, you can whip it up in under 30 minutes!
- 1 jar of Pirro's Pesto Pomodoro
- 16 oz. Gnocchi Pasta
- 8 oz. Mozzarella pearls
- Fresh basil and parmesan to top
In a large pan, begin heating Pirro's Pesto Pomodoro. While sauce is cooking, boil gnocchi. Once Pirro's Sauce is just beginning to simmer, add in mozzarella pearls. Strain gnocchi and add into the pan. Reduce heat and cook until cheese is thoroughly melted. Plate and garnish with fresh basil leaf and parmesan. Godere!
