Chicken Pesto Pizza

The delicious and easy-to-make pizza is made with our fresh and bold Pesto Pomodoro Sauce. This recipe unpacks notes of sweet and zesty tomatoes, sharp red onion, creamy mozzarella, and garlicky mushrooms and chicken. Enjoy all the delights of a classic pizza made with wholesome and refreshing ingredients!



  • 1 jar of Pirro's Pesto Pomodoro Sauce
  • 1 pizza crust or mini naan flatbreads
  • 4 oz cooked chicken, sliced
  • 4 oz, shredded mozzarella
  • 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushroom
  • 1/8 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped garlic



Preheat oven to 450 F.

Place pizza crust or flatbreads on prepared pan. Take one jar of Pirro's Pesto Pomodoro Sauce and evenly spread over crust surface at desired thickness. Place sliced chicken on the pizza. Then, follow with red onion and mushroom slices. Gently sprinkle chopped garlic over the ingredients. Next, crumble feta cheese over pizza and finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Once the oven is heated, place in oven for 12-18 minutes, checking frequently. Once crust edges have browned, and cheese has slightly melted, remove from oven and let cool before serving.
