This is quite pastably one of our best recipes yet! Pasta is one of those things you could have for every meal, so why don't you! Here is an amazingly tasty and simple to make pasta recipe. With school back in session, it is an easy quick fix that the whole family is sure to enjoy! Also, the Casarecce pasta is a real fun noodle that is always getting overlooked, so we needed to incorporate it!
- 1 lb. Chicken Breast
- 24 Oz. Pirro's Pesto Pomodoro
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 16 Oz. Casarecce Pasta
- 1/2 Cup Parmesan
- Basil for Garnish
Cook Casarecce to liking. Take chicken breast and coat evenly with salt and pepper. Add 1 Tbsp. olive oil to heated pan. Cook chicken at medium heat. Once the chicken is cooked through and lightly browned, remove from pan and slice into half-inch thick strips. In a separate pan heat up Pirro's Pesto Pomodoro. Once simmering, add in chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add in Casarecce and mix. Last, add in parmesan evenly and stir to distribute throughout the dish. Serve garnished with basil. Godere!
